Mavericks send T. Harris, J. Magloire, S. Jackson and a 2nd round pick to the Celtics for Jordan Hill, Shawn Marion and a 1st round pick.
Kobe Bryant joins John Wall in the Mavericks backcourt, as the Mavs send two 1st rounders, Rashard Lewis and Xavier Henry to the Lakers. Trevor Mbkawe and Michael Glover also go the Dallas.
Lakers cut Paul Pierce and trade Pau Gasol and Demetri McCarney to the Raptors for Wilson Chandler, Carl Landry, the Raptors 2013 1st pick, James Johnson and Jerryd Bayless
In some miracle act of Lin, Paul Pierce decided not to get angry at the Lakers for unceremoniously cutting him from their team and decided not to take any of the $33 million entitled to him for being cut. Then he decided to sign with the Lakers again for the exact same contract to sit on their bench.
