I'm going to make a modification to the rule. Yes, you will be allowed, but it will be in very restrictive terms.

However, you definitely are not allowed to have cash as a substitute for salaries to match the 115% rule.

Post this in the Q&A thread next time, I normally don't monitor this thread.
