    Marcus Thornton has signed a five-year, $40 million deal with the Kings, according to a source.
    Sacramento acquired Thornton last February in exchange for Carl Landry.
    The Kings have also signed Chuck Hayes to a four-year, $21.3 million deal, according to Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports.

    8 million is a little pricey for a guy like Thorton, guess they got to keep the gang around though

    That's quite a bit to pay Thornton, but after all he did put up like 22 PPG in 30 games with the Kings. Also a bit pricey for a sixth man but it's fair in comparison to the Jason Terry's and Jamal Crawford's of the league.
