Drury has officially been bought out so hopefully this will bring Richards here

It's making it more possible. It still looks to me like the only 2 teams with good shots at landing Richards are the Leafs and Rangers, there are other teams with the money and I'm never surprised by anything in the NHL anymore lol. I just can't wait til tomorrow.

Yeah I'm very curious as to who's gonna sign. I have a feeling the Rangers are gonna overpay for Richards by A LOT

Lol. I wouldn't be surprised but I don't think the Rangers are gonna get involved if his contract demands or offers are 8+ mil.

I know but I don't think he's going to spend all that in one guy with so many people to re-sign, he's not that dumb.

I honestly see them spending possibly around 8M to sign him. Ranger fans want him BAD too I can see them being happy no matter what they sign him too til he starts playing meh n they start to demand they trade him lol

The Leafs and Rangers both want him really badly. They definitely are front runners, I really hope we land RIchards because It hink he would be a great fit on our team and wouldn't be a bad fit with the Ranger either. I see Burke offering a lot since Richards is the #1 C he's coveted for a long time. There's also been a lot of talk about Buffalo taking a run at him as well as a few other teams. Hopefully Richards future doesn't drag out all summer like Kovy's did last year.
